Why do we exercise?

Such people must exercise and eat right to keep their heart functioning smoothly and making sure that their blood sugar levels don’t rise up too much. People who have a breathing problem or anxiety disorders can do exercises of a mild form like yoga so that they can deal with their problems and diseases better.

There is also no need to take up fad diets and starve yourself when you can eat wholesome meals and work it off with a long walk or an hour at the gym. Human beings are instinctive by nature and the natural instinct is to preserve one’s body and that is what exercise allows.
